Before coming into the kennels for training or boarding, all dogs must be current on their DHLPP booster and a RABIES vaccine. Kennel cough vaccine, Bordetella, should be administered two weeks before arrival.
We highly recommend that all dogs be on heartworm and flea/tick preventative. Note: If you plan on breeding your bitch, do not use Advantage Flea and Tick control as it's not safe for pregnant bitches or puppies; Frontline Plus is safe. While the dogs are at the kennel, we administer Frontline on a monthly basis.
Every dog that comes into our kennel is given personal lovng attention.
There are sixty kennels with both outside runs with inside boxes at the kennel.
All surfaces are concrete. The kennels are equipped with a sprinkler system in the runs to cool the dogs in summer, each of the boxes is insulated to keep them warm or cool dependent upon the seasons. Puppies are kept in a separate area.
The kennels are cleaned twice a day in winter and three times a day in summer to make sure the animals are always comfortable. All the dogs are kept in a Secure, Clean, Friendly environment.
We offer basic bathing including ear cleaning and nail trimming. We do not offer show/ring grooming but we can refer you to groomers who do provide these specialized services.
